What this site is

This is a marketing and information site for Damn Good Company, run by Kjell Karlsson in Köping, Sweden. It describes our consulting service and the products we operate. It isn't itself a store, and nothing here is a binding order or contract.

The consulting offering

Pages on this site describe our AI consulting service in general terms — scope, turnaround and pricing shown here are indicative, not a quote. Any actual engagement (scope, price, timeline, deliverables) is agreed separately in writing with you before work starts. These Terms of Service govern your use of the website; they aren't the contract for consulting work itself.

Intellectual property

The site's design, copy, and the Damn Good Company seal are ours. Don't reproduce, redistribute, or reuse them commercially without asking first — email hello@damngoodcompany.com.

No warranty

This site is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. Content is accurate to the best of our knowledge at time of writing but may change without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Swedish law, Damn Good Company isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
