We build to your shop's specs.
You keep every key.
Custom tools, workflow automation, and market intelligence — scoped for one shop at a time, not sold off a shelf. We build it against how your shop actually runs, and you own it when we leave.
Three ways we go to work for your shop
Not a menu of packages. Each engagement starts with what your shop actually needs, then gets built to that — one of these, or a mix of all three.
Built to spec
Quoting calculators, internal apps, and shop-specific tools built around exactly how you work — not a generic template with your logo on it.
Quoting, specs, replies
Automating the repeatable parts of the day — quoting, spec sheets, artwork triage, customer replies — against your real workflow, not a demo.
Ghostwritten
Competitive analysis, market reports, and content written in your voice — researched and drafted so you can publish or present it as your own. Same research standard as Printing TLDR — written in your name instead of mine.
How an engagement runs
Not a generic package. We scope your shop first, then build against it — tested on real work, not a demo.
Scope it
We map exactly what's needed — the workflow, the tool, or the report — over a call, before anything gets built.
Build it
Built against your real data, your real workflow, your real tone. Not a generic package with the serial numbers filed off.
Run it for real
Tested on live jobs and real data until the output is something your team would actually use or send.
Hand it over
You get the tool, the docs, and a walkthrough of how to change it yourself. No dependency on us to keep it running.
Built for our own quoting queue first
Every DTF and transfer quote used to mean digging through film, ink, powder, labor and waste numbers, then guessing at margin. We're building PrintQuoteAI to fix that on our own desk first — same build going out to shops when it ships.
What's on the ticket
Every engagement starts with a scoping conversation. Here is the shape of what's included, and what is not.
Before you ask
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. You know your workflow, your numbers, and your customers — that is the raw material. We handle the build.
What happens to our data?
It stays in tools and accounts you control — your own automation platform, your own hosting, your own API keys. We hold nothing after the build.
What if the scope grows once we start?
We agree scope upfront. If something bigger turns up along the way, we say so before it costs you anything — nothing gets added quietly.
Do we keep paying you afterward?
No. Handoff means handoff. The tool, the automation, or the report is yours. Ongoing support exists if you want it, but it is not required.
Why trust a print shop with this?
We built our own tools first. DTF Toolbox and the Gang Sheet Builder run on the same systems we build for clients. We did not learn printing for the sales deck.
Where do you work?
Köping, Sweden. The work runs remote — calls, screen shares and your real jobs. Distance has never been the problem.
A custom tool, an automation, or a piece of research — pick the one costing you the most time and we will scope it together.
