Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 30, 2026
This policy covers damngoodcompany.com only. Printing TLDR, DTF Toolbox and DTF Gang Sheet Builder are separate properties with their own privacy policies — check those sites directly for how they handle data.
Who we are
Damn Good Company is run by Kjell Karlsson, based in Köping, Sweden. For anything in this policy, or to exercise any of the rights below, email hello@damngoodcompany.com.
What we collect
Contact form. When you submit the form on our Contact page, your name, email address and message are emailed directly to our inbox. We don't store form submissions in a database on this site — the email itself is the only copy, kept as long as needed to handle your inquiry.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand roughly how many people visit and which pages they read. This only runs if you click "Accept" on the cookie banner — see our Cookie Policy for exactly what that sets and how to change your mind later. If you decline or ignore the banner, no analytics script loads and no analytics cookies are set.
We don't run ads, don't sell data, and don't share anything with data brokers.
Legal basis for processing (GDPR)
- Contact form messages: processed to respond to your inquiry, on the basis of your consent in submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a)) and our legitimate interest in answering it (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Analytics cookies: processed only on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), given via the cookie banner.
Who else sees it
Two processors are involved in running this site:
- Hostinger — our web host, which serves the site and receives the raw request data (IP address, etc.) inherent to any web request.
- Google (Analytics) — only if you accept the cookie banner. Google may process this data outside the EU/EEA under its own safeguards. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what data we hold about you and why (access)
- Correct inaccurate data (rectification)
- Delete data we hold about you (erasure)
- Restrict or object to how we use it (restriction / objection)
- Give you a copy in a portable format (data portability)
Email hello@damngoodcompany.com for any of these. You can also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority — in Sweden, that's Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).
Children
This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here — there's no separate mailing list to notify.
This policy describes what this website actually does, in plain language. It's provided in good faith but is not legal advice — if you need this reviewed for formal compliance purposes, consult a lawyer qualified in Swedish/EU data protection law.
