Job ticket no. 004 Consulting Fixed price

We'll build the AI.
You keep every key.

Quoting, spec sheets, artwork triage, customer replies. Most of it is repeatable, and most shops still do it by hand at 9pm. We build it against your real workflow. Fixed price, fixed date. You own it when we leave.

Four things eating your evening

Every shop we have worked with, including ours, loses the same hours to the same four jobs. None of them need a human starting from scratch every time.

JOB — SPEC SHEETS

Brief to press-ready

Turning a vague brief into a press-ready spec: dimensions, bleed, colour mode, file format. Every time from scratch.

JOB — ARTWORK TRIAGE

Eyeballing every file

Checking every incoming file for resolution, mode and obvious problems before it gets near a queue.

JOB — CUSTOMER REPLIES

The same five questions

Turnaround, files and pricing, answered fresh in a different tab every single time.

How the four weeks run

Not a generic package. We map your workflow first, then build against it. What ships in week four is already tested on real orders.

01

Map the floor wk 1

We sit with your quoting sheet, your spec formats and the emails you send fifty times a month. We are not guessing at your workflow. We are copying it.

02

Build the prompts wk 2

Drawn from our 130-prompt library, adapted to your substrates, your margins, your tone. Wired into Make.com or the Claude API. Your call.

03

Run it on real orders wk 3

No sandbox. It runs alongside your current process on live jobs until the output is something your team would actually send.

04

Hand over the keys wk 4

You get the prompts, the automation and a walkthrough of how to change it yourself. No dependency on us to keep it running.

What is on the ticket

A fixed-price job needs a fixed scope. Here is exactly what four weeks buys, and what it does not.

Included
Workflow mapping sessions with your team
Prompts built and tuned for your quoting, specs, triage or replies
Automation wiring — Make.com scenario or direct API
Testing against live orders, not sample data
Full handoff: prompts, scenario and docs are yours
One round of adjustments after handoff
Not included
Ongoing monthly management — separate, not required
A new website or e-commerce store
Hardware, RIP software or press-side integrations
Scope outside the one workflow we agreed to fix first

Before you ask

Do I need to know anything about AI?

No. You know your workflow — the quoting logic, the spec format, the tone you use with customers. That is the raw material. We handle the prompt engineering and the plumbing.

What happens to our customer data?

It runs through your own Make.com account or your own API key, not a platform we operate. We hold nothing after the build.

What if four weeks is not enough?

Scope is agreed before we start, sized to one workflow. If it needs more, we say so upfront, before you have paid anything.

Do we keep paying you afterward?

No. Handoff means handoff. The prompts and the automation are yours. Support exists if you want it. It is not in the price.

Why trust a print shop with this?

We built it on our own floor first. DTF Toolbox and the Gang Sheet Builder run on the same prompt library. We did not learn printing for the sales deck.

Where do you work?

Köping, Sweden. The build runs remote — calls, screen shares and your live orders. Distance has never been the problem.
